Damage happens in minutes. We start putting it back the same hour.
Restorvia's IICRC-trained crews handle water extraction, fire and smoke cleanup, storm board-up and the full rebuild — and we walk you through the insurance claim at every step.

Four kinds of disaster.
One crew that's seen them all.
Each service follows a documented process with photo logs and moisture readings your adjuster can use.
What happens after you call.
Water spreads into drywall within an hour and can start mold growth in 24–48. That's why our process is built around the clock.

- We meet your adjuster on site and walk the damage together
- Direct billing to your carrier where your policy allows
From the worst day to back home.
"Our water heater burst at 2 a.m. Someone picked up on the second ring and a truck was in the driveway before 3. They had the carpet pulled and fans running before we'd finished our coffee."
"After the kitchen fire I didn't know where to start. They boarded up, packed our contents and met the adjuster twice. Smoke smell is completely gone."
"A tree came through our roof during the June storm. Tarped the same afternoon and the rebuild was finished in five weeks."

Have a question we didn't cover? Our dispatchers can answer it 24/7.
How fast can you get here?
Our dispatch target is 60 minutes for active water and fire calls within the metro. Average arrival over the last 12 months was 47 minutes. Outlying areas can take longer — we'll give you an honest ETA on the phone.
Will my insurance pay for this?
Many sudden water, fire and storm losses are covered by homeowners policies, but every policy is different. We document the damage, work with your adjuster and bill to industry-standard pricing. Coverage decisions are made by your insurance company.
Do I have to use the contractor my insurer recommends?
In most states you can choose your own restoration company. Check your policy, and ask your adjuster if you're unsure.
Can we stay in the house during drying?
Usually, yes. Drying equipment runs 3–5 days and is noisy, but most families stay. For fire, sewage or extensive damage we can help coordinate temporary housing through your policy.
Do you handle the rebuild too?
Yes. Our in-house reconstruction team handles drywall, flooring, cabinets, paint and roofing so you deal with one company from first call to final walk-through.
